”Where to even begin. I've stayed in so many hotels around Disneyland including some big names and the Alpine inn is the best I've stayed at hands down. The bathroom is the cleanest I've ever seem for a hotel. Such attention to detail with their cleanliness and care. The room was spotless. So homey and cute. The staff was wonderful, location perfect. Free parking. Would HIGHLY recommend.”

”The property was amazing. Room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic each morning, the staff were very friendly. We were surprised when we checked in and were told that there wasn’t a shuttle to the Disneyland park. In the hotel write up, they specifically state there is a bus that goes from the hotel to the park each day. There was no compensation made and we had to add that to our expense for the week.”

”Staff was friendly and helpful, making checkin/checkout a speedy process. The amenities are open til midnight and the room was spacious and clean. Shower pressure could have been improved but easy to overlook with the various other pros. Easy walk to Disney (12 min walk) and was great to be able to come back in the middle of the day for breaks. Also easy access to plenty of food options. Highly recommend. ”

”Property is very nice and new. Breakfast I feel is very limited and could be better. Fruit is way too limited. Parking is only valet but when you can they don’t explain there is no self parking so you will find yourself paying another $38 plus tax per day. I saw various complaints about this and called. Was told their was self parking and then told their wasn’t once I was there: The manager Stephanie listen to the recorded line and said otherwise. For the price stay at a more nearby hotel.”

”They dont change the sheets everyday, or at least every 2 days. We stayed for 4 nights. Also the toiletries shown on the photos do not match the actual toiletries provided: which was a bar of soap by the sink and a bottle each of body wash and conditioning shampoo in the shower. Not enough towel hooks to hang towels from.”

”Staff is really friendly and willing to help when needed. Elevator broke down one day, hot water what shutdown one day and we found a roach creeping on our daughters bed. I was told a refund would be issued for one night and the fee for the cot but so far have not heard back on that refund. The water park is nice, hotel is really close to the park.”

”The walls were thin, you can hear everything. They come every other day to clean. They had skipped a cleaning day and when I called to let them know they seemed to care more on reasons why they did that instead of just letting me know that they would take care of it. I have small kids so skipping a clean isn’t ideal. Eating breakfast was unpleasant because the workers were spraying to clean while I was still eating. Overall for what you pay I felt the hotel lagging. I will try another place for...

”Hotel staff were friendly and polite. They made a very welcoming experience for our young daughter who was celebrating her 6th birthday trip to Disney. Starbucks inside made for a wonderful morning coffee and breakfast was superb! Fresh, tasty and again staff were really helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. It took a while to decide on a hotel for our Disney trip and we are really glad we picked this hotel. The bus stop is just at the top of the street for straight transfer to the park....

”Clean room. No one was super friendly or helpful. No pool access and too much if an inconvenience to us and the staff to go next door. Motel is dated. Walls paper thin. Could hear everyone walking- upstairs, outside, etc. we were in the back corner, right by stairs, elevator, and ice maker. Ice maker was going off loudly until midnight each night as people got ice. Then at 7am, maid service was rolling their carts out down the walkway. Third floor so it was pretty loud. It was clean though. ”
