”Good location, lots of dining options and coffee close by. The room itself was dated and had that dated room smell. Kitchen was okay but lacking some essentials for cooking. There is a dollar store close by to buy what is missing. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and there are pipes popping/snapping throughout the night. Didn’t make for a great night’s sleep. Ensure you check your windows as there are no locks on the windows and they can easily be slid open from outside. The desk was able to...

”Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! ”

”We had a wonderful stay at Lake and the City Bed and Breakfast. Suzana immediately made us very welcome and offered us a safe place to store our bikes. Our room was large and modern and very quiet. The breakfast the next day was excellent and we really enjoyed talking to Suzana and her husband. We would absolutely recommend this bed and breakfast and hope to return in the future.”
