”Parking good! Close to the door! Used the furnace, not Air conditioning! Heat worked good! Floor was very dirty! Staff was friendly and helpful! Bed was very comfortable! ”

”Ice maker broke, no hot water for tea, downstairs bathroom not functioning, room not clean. First and last time at a Spark Hilton.”

”When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

”The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.”

”When we arrived we’re were given a “key” to our room. After entering we quickly realized that this was someone’s else’s room because their things were still there. Good thing they weren’t stepping out of the shower when we entered! Back to the desk..no apologies just here’s another room for you. We quickly left for. Our planned event and only realized the next morning that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo! Pretty expensive stay not to at least have the basics We both found the hotel in need...

”Seemed kind of run down but we had no other options. Spend the extra $ and at least go to Hampton inn, if beach is t that important. Very hard beds, no extra pillows for the hard bed”
