”It's understandable this is an extended stay type place and overall it was nice, the courtyard with the grills were really a good addition but it is in need of a good touch up. Chairs and couches are worn and in need of repairs, drawer missing in kitchen, little things like that. Comfortable beds, kitchen was a good addition, overall pretty clean.”

”From the moment I got there, the staff was very helpful.The young man behind the desk understood that I had diabetes and made sure to put me on the first floor closest to the office. The rooms are not perfect, but they're very good for what you need very comfortable.And I felt very safe. The staff of the morning at checkout was very kind. ”Nice hotel conveniently located near I-77”

”I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. ”My room was only cleaned once during my stay, I had to get clean towels three different days in my own.”

”While staying at the loft is always nice and the rooms are great, 303 had a strange smell, we bought a candle to mask it. Also New pillows would be nice, those were so flat. ”

”Great place. Clean. In a safe area, and breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Can’t complain at all.”

”Stayed 3 nights. Location: a few yards off a loud and busy I-77. Rooms at back get a 7/24 noise bath. If you stay, make sure you're on the front side. BTW, if you're coming in via I-77, the exit is confusing and crowded with construction all the way to the hotel. Be careful. The good news, not very busy, room seemed OK, breakfast was nice and hotel is close to exit (see above). Room had extra amenities (microwave & frig). However the bath room door is a "barn door" style sliding door....
