”The lagoon view was gorgeous! I arrived at midnight, do I didn't know what I would see when I woke up. The staff was just awesome ❤️ Even with the time of crisis (series of earth quakes), they went over and beyond all expectations. They became my friends, my overseas family. ”Staff amazing”

”Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

”Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hyvä. Huoneeni oli mukava, hiljainen ja hyvän kokoinen (se oli Orchid-huone). Nettiyhteys tosin pätki - viihdekäytössä se ei niin haitannut, mutta esim. etätöihin se ei toimisi, koska kokouksista ei tulisi yhtään mitään. Hotellin uima-allas oli ihan kiva, mutta jostakin syystä sillä oli tosi hiljaista, joten siellä sai olla rauhassa. Hotellin sijainti oli ihan Port Vilan keskustassa (200 m parlamentista) ja lähellä oli sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kaupunki...

”Nice overall”

”A quick overnight stay in town for our early flight out next day. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The queen bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels have stains on them. The curtains just about to fall apart. Some furniture has dusts on them. The only nice place is probably the small swimming pool. The traffic is quite noisy to late at night being on the main road. We wouldn’t again.”

”Breakfast was same every morning and expensive considering that they actually didn't cook it. Just yogurt, white non tasty bread and croissant, juice and fruits. Staff kept forgetting thing all the time and I had to remind them every day to bring me breakfast and don't take my laundry basket away etc... When I politely complained about service for stuff, their reactions were not apologizing. Instead more like I they showed some tiredness or were not happy that I say about things... ”

”My review is for the ocean view apartment. The biggest compliment for a business is repeat business and now my fourth stay at Iririki. So pleasant out on the balcony taking in sunset or ships moving in the harbour. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. A quick walk around the island before breakfast is great.”

”Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...
