”This place is a basic motel, clean and serviceable for an overnight stay, but not very pleasant to hang out in. It does not look as nice as the photos online. The desk staff was friendly. The positives are that the location in Grass Valley is convenient and the price is very reasonable compared to many of the lodgings in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area.”

”Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath.”

”IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”
