”It is a continental breakfast, but you can make pancakes with the pancake machine. It is cereal, coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes as I said. The place needs a little refurbishing, but don’t we all so that’s not a big deal.”

”Brand new hotel (Opened in 2018) with super nice athmosphere and fresh, modern interiors. Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and with excellent bathroom. Good beds for good nights sleep. Balcony with breathtaking views to the pool area and to mountains. Activities by the pool (badminton, minigolf and games) and Instagrammable pool with giant Flamingo. Best of all however was the free morning yoga for hotel guests in the amazing sunrise. ”

”We stayed about 9 days for a work project. The staff in this hotel is EXCELLENT ! A morning desk attendant (Nancy?) was very welcoming and helpful with our 100 questions... An evening attendant (didn't get his name) was very helpful when I needed a few shipping supplies, and the overnight woman was exceptional at helping us with changes and other requests. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was a real help in the mornings, hot & fresh. The pool & hot tub need re-doing though...

”Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. Check out is at 12 which I liked until staff started knowing on the door continually every 10 minutes along with phone calls. We were out with our bags and at valet by 11:45 just felt rushed- as they also turned the heater on in the room around 11 am to start pushing you out - thermostats are controlled by staff - this was a bad...

”First off I was charged by the hotel as well as by you, the manager of the hotel told me that you didn't charge me that they had to and you both did the manager refused a refund and then kicked us out when it took me a little longer”

People working on their cars in the parking lot, some guy walked past me in my car at 3 am asking if I wanted smoke, bed sucked pillows were paper thin. The room wasn’t even cleaned before I got there, the fridge was full of food and expired milk and when I went to throw it all out it spilled because caps weren’t on so essentially I had to clean the room myself. Annoying when you’re exhausted from work and just want to rest and expect at least...
