”The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable.”

”My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.”
