”overall hotel is about a three star. Looks pretty clean on the outside, but in the inside it’s slightly ran down but in the middle of a remodel. The Jacuzzi in the suite was very outdated but functional. The swimming pool area was about a four out of 10 as far as cleanliness so swimming with my child was a little concerning.”

”While the staff were welcoming and helpful, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures you see on the internet. It is run down and neglected. The towels were dirty. One of the washcloths had mascara on it (not my mascara). When we saw how dirty the room was, we skipped the breakfast. What I thought was going to be a relaxing stay in Cedar Falls turned into a "how fast can we get out of here?" layover. ”

”Windows actually opened in the room. Breakfast was pretty decent. Property was nice considering what it used to look like”

”The faculity and room were very nice. Beds had both soft and firm pillows to choose from which was a plus. Breakfast was not included with the stay. It was about $13 extra per person so we ate out. Costed about the same and we got exactly what we wanted.”

”Restaurant was closed and room didn't appear cleaned, floors were dirty, no kleenex's, cups for coffee, 1 wash cloth, no hand soap or shower body wash, cold in room and couldn't adjust temperature! Feel the price was high for the condition of the room!”

The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay...

”This hotel was perfect for our family of 6 while traveling through the area. The kiddie pool is a nice added feature for families with young kids. Thought it was a good price for its amenities compared to other hotels in the area ”

”We left and stayed at another hotel. Expedia still charged me for rooms; hotel wouldn't refund either. Was afraid to leave my car parked there overnight. Place is a total trainwreck.”
