This charming 35 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool in Beaucaire can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared 10×6 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated from 15 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an alarm.
- A 20 m² terrace overlooking the pool, with furniture to enjoy the warm weather.

The flat is ideally located in Beaucaire, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Tarascon 7.5 km away (about 10 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence 87 km away (about 1h15 by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be made by our on-site service provider, at a cost of €50).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
