Access & Parking
Access to the cottage is via a small 5-meter asphalt slope that leads directly to the entrance. Parking is available for 3 cars under a shelter, plus 2 additional outdoor spaces.

Ground Floor (wheelchair accessible)
The main entrance (with accessibility for people with reduced mobility) opens onto two areas on either side of the staircase leading to the first floor:
A fully equipped professional stainless-steel kitchen (dishwasher, sink, electric hobs, oven, etc.).
A beautiful dining room where up to 15 guests can share a meal.
1 bedroom equipped for 2 people with two 90cm beds (adapted for people with reduced mobility) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC.

First Floor
5 bedrooms with single beds or bunk beds (13 beds total). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink.
1 additional bedroom with one 90cm single bed.
2 separate WCs.

Second Floor
A large meeting room under the roof.
Basement (exterior access via a few steps)
A cellar and a ski room with a washing basin.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor facilities
Garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, iron tables and 15 “bistro” chairs.

Deposit
A security deposit (amount depending on the size of the rental) will be requested upon arrival.

Bed linen package (15 single bed kits 90cm): €180 incl. tax (includes fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover — €12 per kit).
Individual kit (90cm): €18.
Bath towel: €4.50 incl. tax.

Baby equipment
Travel cot: €18 incl. tax.
High chair: €18 incl. tax.
Baby bath: €6.50 incl. tax.
Booster seat: €6.50 incl. tax.
End-of-stay cleaning :€340 (includes emptied bins and clean dishes). Any cleaning not carried out, or poorly done, will be deducted from the deposit
