”Our stay as a whole was pretty much okay. The only downsides were that the staff was difficult to understand at times and my wife and I found a bug of some sort in our room. The shower was okay except for the tub faucet not shutting completely down as the shower was going so I got a little bath to go along with my shower. But other than all that, my rating is a solid 3 out 5 stars.”

”Staffing where very nice, but we seemed to not be able to get clean towels till our 4th day there out of 6... our beds where never done... they replaced out micro wave.the rug made our feet black do to no one came to clean room yes, the floor in the bathroom was nasty also... I had to replace a burnt out bulb in bathroom.. They said only smokin outside, but whomever smoked inside there room our vent from the bathroom sucked the smoke in to our bathroom. ”No Kleenex, not even an empty box. Appeared to simply not be offered. No floor rug for outside of the tub/shower. Not very safe. No bathroom amenities at all. No soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. Good shower pressure though!”

”The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...

”If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.”

”I didn't use the exercise room or pool. The staff was great. The entire place was well maintained. The only reason for the 4 star overall rating was the TV had an odd problem. If I return to Washington Missouri I will stay with them.”

From the refrigerator being stocked with beverages and snacks from local small businesses, offered at reasonable in room prices, to the quality of the mattress, linens and towels, along the exceptional lighting, shower head…. not a detail was missed! ”Overall a very nice stay. Breakfast was good too. If I had to say anything it would be with 3 people it would be nice to have more than 2 towels in the room. Not a huge deal we just went and asked for more. I would definitely stay again.”

”It was so comfortable and uniquely and beautifully decorated! There was so many awesome areas to explore inside and outside of the Grain Bins. Food provided for breakfast was fresh and hot.
