Discover a charming and welcoming semi-detached cottage in a recently renovated farmhouse, ideally located just 30 minutes from Gien, 20 minutes from Briare, and 4 minutes from the Loire River. This cozy retreat in the Berry region is perfect for a stay with family or friends, or even for business trips.

You're just a stone's throw from the family farm, "Ferme des Doucets."

Numerous activities are available: visiting the various monuments of Beaulieu-sur-Loire and the surrounding area, fishing, hiking or cycling, boating on the canal, canoeing on the Loire, picnicking, and more. The village is situated on the Loire à Vélo cycling route and in the heart of the Coteaux du Giennois vineyards, near Sancerre. Nearby attractions include: the town of Châtillon-sur-Loire, the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire, the Musée des Deux Marines et du Pont-canal Briare (Museum of the Two Navies and the Briare Canal Bridge), the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Château de Guédelon, and the vineyards of the Centre-Loire region.

In Beaulieu-sur-Loire, you'll find a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a small supermarket, and other shops. Supermarkets and medical centers are located within 5 km. The nearest emergency room is in Gien.
The gîte is situated near the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi and the Domaine des Médards, both venues for events. Semi-detached cottage entirely on the ground floor (3 steps to the entrance) with:

- a living room: beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area with a pull-out bed (two 80x190cm mattresses forming a 160cm bed when unfolded),

- a bedroom with two 90x190cm beds,
- a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink),

- separate toilet

Outside, a courtyard (currently being landscaped) is shared with the adjoining cottage. You will enjoy a private terrace in front of the cottage with its own garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is available on-site in the property's courtyard.

Access to a secure bicycle storage area is available.

A games room is available in our barn during the summer season: table tennis, table football, etc.
