Nestled at the foot of the Vercors in the charming village of Beauregard-Baret, this beautiful holiday home is perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Facing south and filled with natural light, it offers stunning mountain views from both the garden and the heated pool.



Spread over two floors, the house combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere. There is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, an attic space for children (six adjustable beds and air conditioning), two bathrooms, and two toilets. Up to ten guests can stay here in a harmonious space designed for relaxation. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, fans, a washing machine, and books and games for children. Two high chairs are available for little ones on request.



Outside, enjoy a fully private area: heated pool, flower-filled garden, shaded terrace, barbecue, and plancha for outdoor meals with mountain views. The pool is secured with an electric cover for safety and peace of mind.



The area is ideal for exploring: hiking from the village, visiting picturesque towns, local markets, forest walks, or sports like canoeing just 30 minutes away. A pétanque court and children’s playground are only 100 meters from the house.



Three parking spaces are available on the property. Families are welcome, and pets are allowed provided they do not swim in the pool. No smoking and no parties after 10 p.m.
