”This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and pool. Indoor parking was nice. The room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. It was near Jackson Square and the Cathedral plus Bourbon Street and tons of stores and restaurants.”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. ”The staff was incredible. Especially, Nolan, Dwight, and Henry as well as the girl at the front desk with long dark hair. I'm embarrassed I can't remember her name... First class, white glove, genuine service. It was my second time staying at this hotel and my mom's first as well as her first time flying. They made sure to make her feel welcome and definitely made us want to come back again very soon! I can't recommend this hotel enough. ”

”Unique rooms, ours was a gorgeous loft. There was an honor bar on our floor. My VIP access granted me free parking. Neat bar on site. Would have liked to have had time to check out the community room. I heard the yoga is great! Next time!”

”the hotel itself is fantastic but new orleans will be new orleans so as soon as you step out of the hotel property, you never know what you’re in for. also the people driving by blaring their music kept me up on the 8th floor so i couldn’t imagine stay anywhere lower than that. but that’s not the hotel’s fault ”

”An all round excellent hotel.
Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.
Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist.
Hotel - quiet and spotlessly clean with a comfortable...

”I really enjoyed my trip to NOLA. This hotel was in the perfect location, and the side street balcony (Toulouse St.) was the perfect balance of party and privacy. The staff made my trip better than ever. Alexandra specifically, was so kind to me when I needed someone to talk to. She didn’t even know me, but she extended so much kindness and love to me. When I come back, I will absolutely be staying here again. ”

”Staff was excellent, I got one of the suites with the balcony and the room with spacious and clean. There is no breakfast in the mornings just coffee and it looks like the bar in the hotel is permanently closed. The pool was small, but refreshing, looks like they did not clean the pool area every morning as they were cigarette butts and ashes around, even though smoking was not allowed . They have paid parking directly behind the hotel, but be leery, someone keyed my Jeep while I was there. ...
