Our beautiful waterfront family home is located on Heffley Lake, British Columbia, just 15 minutes down the road from Sun Peaks Resort. This vacation rental is perfect for families with over 2400 square feet of open concept living, 5 bedrooms, 2 decks and a 12’ x 20’ private dock on the water.

Fun, play, laughter, and relaxation await you in our cozy main floor family room with wood burning fireplace or in the lower games room complete with a pool table. Just outside the door there are hiking and walking trails for all ages and abilities.

Highlights: The views of Heffley a lake and surrounding hills from the summit are gorgeous. Once at the there, you'll find a gazebo and picnic tables waiting for you. During the summer months, you'll also enjoy a beautiful variety of mountain flowers.

Enjoy trying your hand at fishing. The lake is stocked every year with rainbow trout.
