”We didn’t get breakfast”

”I would say everything is great.Just one thing I didn’t like is attitude of person working at the towels desk before you go to the pools.If you work in hospitality sector you have to be friendly,it’s not a jail with prisoners.Cheers.”

”Room had a blood stain on the carpet and the shower walls had blood droplets. Up side is they did move us to a new room and the new room was cleaned and nice. I have stayed here for the past 5 years and after this experience i think i will start staying elsewhere. Lots to pay for a room that wasnt cleaned properly. ”

”The Theme room we had was disappointing, the wall next to the bathroom was damaged and the wall next to the the water side. The space pillow was digusting and damaged they need to buy new pillows. The only thing the kids liked was the pool and waterslide, next time we won't be getting a theme room, I hope the other rooms were better. ”

”The indoor/outdoor pool was great. We love coming back, convenient getting to the pool from both buildings, quiet and clean rooms too. ”

”Huge room, nice pool and hot tub, good hot breakfast -AND- a crazy reasonable price! ”

”We had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed our kitchenette.”

”Had a great stay overall. One suggestion for the breakfast menu: it would be nice to include additional protein options, such as sausages. During our visit, the only protein available was boiled eggs, though this may have just been specific to that day. I’ve visited some of their locations before, and they offered a wider variety of protein choices, which made the breakfast experience even better. ”

”Our room was excellent and it met everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the room was very quiet. The pool was great, and the pool area was clean, and the towels were very clean as well The restaurant basically sucked at best. It took five minutes before anyone came to the front to see us at a table. The waitress for friendly, but the food sucked and definitely overpriced for the quality in which it was served. ”

”Neighbours next door were very loud all night. Hotel phone system kept hanging up on me when I was trying to confirm booking.”

”We booked here because we have two young kids that were excited about using the pool but the pool was close for maintenance (there should be a way for places to update their Expedia listing stating thing like this). The room was quite dirty. (Sofa bed was kinda gross and surfaces like headboard, night stand, dresser were not clean. We ate supper at the restaurant and it was really good.”

”Good location but the pool and gym was closed. There was construction all around our room. Could hear everything as the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t good. You could hear when the contractor dropped a screw on the floor above us. ”

”The hottub had things floating in it and the water was so dirty it had a thick layer of film on top. ”

”Checked in, first time at hotel, staff didn’t even show me the direction I was to go. I had to ask. He was nice enough but staff should always ask. Have you stay with us before and if it’s someone’s first time go over the amenities ”

”The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. ”

”My stay was wonderful. Rooms are huge, the breakfast is amazing!”
