”I liked the location and the guest staff. I was there 4 nights and didn’t get my room attended to. I had to ask for towels on 2 occasions. One morning I had to use a hand towel to dry off. The cleaning just needs to be more attentive. Rooms and hallways.”

”There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve ”

”This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again.”

”The guy at the front desk was very rude. Seemed annoyed every time we talked to him. Made it very clear that we were not members and treated as such . We were there for an event that got rescheduled because of the weather. When we spoke to him about our options he would get really short with us and say he can’t control the weather. Pretty much told us that we were not members and that we used Expedia, and acted like he wanted us to figure it out with Expedia. All we were asking about was a late...

”This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts.”

”This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast.”

”We enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn. We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend ”
