”Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. ”

The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying. I travel with ear muffs and they were needed. But did not hear any other guests which was great!”

The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!”

”The entire hotel has been neglected and running at minimal cost. The pool was closed with no intention of opening during our three night stay. Ice machines broken and coffee machine. Breakfast was minimal with no bagels, fruit, even bowls for cereals. The elevators inspection date was overdue almost one year.
