”it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....

”We had great communication with Jena! The house was spotless when we walked in. We were doing a couple days at Knoebels which was 35 mins away. House is close to many restaurants and stores and on a road that seemed to have many people walking or jogging. The campfire area near the water was beautiful! The home is spacious and clean and is located directly across from the main campground hall and office. It is between a 15-20 minute drive to Bucknell - on local roads. The house has the basics, including linens, which was a nice bonus for a short weekend stay. The owner/manager was communicative and helpful. ”
