”My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, Karen, the hostess was friendly and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect B&B.”

”Really nice phoned the day before to ask if we could keep our bags there and when we arrived the room had already beeb cleaned which was excellent snd checked in at half twelve. Had an excellent weekend the bed was a bit squeaky cause we were at it all night but still had a really good time first time in Yarmouth will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was good and in a good location right opposite the pier.”

”I really liked this hotel: the hotel lady was really nice and breakfast was really good, especially compared to normal English breakfast. Only minus is that there weren't a fridge in the room (I guess bed&breakfast hotels usually don't). The shower and the beds were really great, the room was decorated very nicely and the size of the room was nice. We even managed to get earlier mini breakfast because we left early in the morning. Walking distance from the city and the bus station. ”

”Jean is a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was lovely too. The B&B is so close to a beautiful beach, we went every morning for a stroll after our hearty breakfast and watched the seals, absolutely stunning. ”

”So pleased I found this little gem. Lovely team of people, so cheerful, friendly, hardy, and welcoming, they obviously loved their jobs. My room felt fresh, was tastefully decorated, with a spacious en-suite, super comfortable king sized bed, and stable doors that opened out to a couple of steps down to my own terrace area. I wish I was staying longer. ”
