"Huone oli sisäpihalle, pimeä, ahdas. Varatessa aamiainen kuului hintaan, mutta todellisuudessa ei kuulunut."

"I stayed 2 nights in this huge hotel. On arrival with a taxi, we had a lot of luggage. Inside the hotel, at the doors 3 members of the staff looked at us. No one came out to help with the luggage but 2 persons opened the doors. We were also told that we were upgraded to a familyroom but that did not happen. The room was so tiny that I could not have my suitcase open and walk to my bed normally. Also when we checked out no one reached out to help with the luggage when we left the hotel. So not the best experience for me."

"Erinomainen. Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla Gran vialla. Huoneemme oli sisäpihalle päin eli yöt sujuivat hiljaisuudessa! Henkilökunta auttavaisia ja ystävällisiä. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudestaan!"
