Ruuat olivat hyvät ja aamiainen oli erinomainen. Huone oli siisti ja tilava Miinus tulee ikkunoiden äänieristyksettömyydestä, huone sijsitsi rakennus 3:ssa ja esiintymislava naapurissa meteli oli melkoinen illalla erityisesti juontajan spiikit, positiivista se että ohjelmat loppuivat klo 23 Aamulla aikaisin ilmeisesti tavarantoimituksen rullakot kuljetettiin huoneen ikkunan ohitse ja siihen heräsi kello 05-06 aikaan. Muutoin kaikki tosi hyvin. Suosittelen

All inclusive hotelli upeilla näköaloilla
Hotellin piha-alueet ovat erittäin hyvin hoidetut. Matkustimme low seasonilla, joten saimme upgraidauksen isompaan ja merinäköalalliseen huoneeseen. Kids club toimi hyvin, vaikka ehkä low seasonista johtuen ohjelmaa ei ollut yhtä paljon kuin ohjelmakyltissä näytti olevan, suurimmaksi osaksi oli väritystä ja vapaata leikkiä, alue oli lapsille kiva pomppulinnoineen. Jokailtainen minidisco oli ehdoton suosikki. Yleisesti ottaen ystävällinen henkilökunta, mutta välillä ravintolassa joku tuli siivoamaan tarjoilupöytää suoraan eteen ilman että sanoi mitään. Kivat uima-altaat, vaikka vesi oli ulkoaltaissa kylmähköä. Sisäuima-allas käytettävissä.

Ympäristö siisti.
Hotelli arvostelu: Siisti, hyvällä paikalla. Vastaanotossa ala-arvoinen ja ammattitaidoton asiakaspalvelu, asiakasta ei palveltu loppuun tai palvelu siirrettiin toiselle virkailijalle, tulo- ja lähtöselvitys oli KAAOSTA josta asiakkaalle jää huonot fiilikset. Fifi-netti oli ERITTÄIN hidas, niin huoneissa kuin yleisillä alueilla. Puolihoidossa maksaa kaikki juomat, myös vesi. Aamiaisella ja Dinnerissä rauhaton fiilis ja hirveä hässäkkä, kun henkilökunta roudaa astiota siihen malliin että ei ehdi kunnolla syödä. Hotellista lähtöpäivänä kun lähdet huoneesta, ja otat ovikortin sähkölukijasta, niin sen jälkeen ei pääse takaisin huoneeseen vaan järjestelmä "heittää" sinut ulos. Meillä jäi laukut huoneeseen kun emme tienneet asiasta josta ei missään vaiheessa mainittu, käytävä siistijä päästi sisään jotta saimme matkalaukut haettua. Olemme paljon matkustelleet ympäri maailmaa, monenlaisissa hotelleissa joissa aina on ollut hyvä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, mutta valitettavasti tältä hotellilta ei voi sanoa samaa, paljon on parannettavaa erityisesti vastaanotossa.

The staff work hard to try to make the best of it. The hotel, however is dated and in need for a major investment. My room was pretty basic with intermittent TV signal. WiFi was available around the campus, but the signal was also really weak and kept dropping. The SPA was very basic with massively inflated prices. The food was plentiful, but very repetitive and blunt. All in all, 3 out of 5.

The hotel was large covering a very nice area. The food was abundant with many choices including freshly grilled options which was great. The pool was not clean which raised concerns. There were a lot of people in all pools and no one would take showers before entering. As a result the water seemed milky with floating pieces in it. My daughter as expected got an ear infection as we arrived back. The entertainment ran until 23 which although nice for some proved quite irritating being every night. Would have been nice if it stopped at 22.

Skønt af sin slagt men med et psr udfordringer
Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Det skal siges at vores piger synes det var den bedste ferie men vi voksne er nok ikke den store fan af denne type ferie men det er bestemt ikke stedets skyld og det var et godt sted af den type ophold. Personalet var søde og især i grand teressebar var de meget venlige. Underholdningsteamet gjorde en stor indsats og vores piger elskede dem. Maden var udemærket men ikke så varierende som man kunne have ønsket. Værelset var lyst med god udsigt ogder var fine drinks med et godt udvalg. Det der kunne arbejdes på var at personslet kunne prøve at stramme om om de regler de selv har indført. Der sidder altid to mænd ved poolen og holder opsyn men de holder mest opsyn med deres telefon. Folk står op før kl 6 for at reservere en solseng som nogle først bruger om eftermiddagen, selom de har regler om at det ikke er tillagt. Hvis man kommer kl 9 er det umuligt at finde en plads med skygge. Nogle forældre lader deres babyer bade nøgne i poolen uden det bliver irettesat af personalet. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie og for folk der er til underholdning og store steder kan det klart anbefales. Især hvis man er typen der står tidligt op.

Great holiday with excellent service!
Excellent service, friendly stuff and great food. Specially nice was a birthday surprise for one of our kids! Pools are bigger than shown on the pictures, plenty of activities. Clean and fresh surroundings.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel Iberostar Bellevue. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist groß aber gut organisiert.

This was a lovely stay! They upgraded us to priority ocean view when we arrived. Staff was great and the views were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend, I’d also recommend paying the extra cost for the priority ocean view if available.

In the priority building don't take the 2nd floor. Our room smells bad and had a very tiny balcony. Ask for the 3rd floor and up. All of the rooms have big balconies with flowers. If you have children or old parents it is better to take rooms on the first floor since it has a small terrace and easy access to outside facilities. 2nd floor is terrible!

If you’re looking for a charming, relaxing, authentic, and unique holiday, this is NOT the place. But if you want a place for families where the kids can do activities and the parents can drink adult beverages in the sun all day, it’s perfect. So it depends what you want. Property was very dated, food was large-batch cafeteria-style in a busy, loud room. Staff was very friendly.

We selected Iberostar as we have gone to other Iberostar resorts in other countries. We found our stay in this resort very unpleasant. When we got there, the parking attendant told us that we could not park there as it was full even though we were on the list of to check in, and we were told to check in with reception for parking. When we checked in and inquired about the parking they said we should speak with the parking attendant! A lot of run around and unfriendly staff! At checkin we were told that they would need to hold our passports overnight for the registration, when we inquired about how compliant is this with countries’ requirements that citizen have their passports on them when outside of their country or what is their security protocols for storing passports, we were told that we could pick up our passports in the evening. When we insisted that we would wait since they clearly could not securely store our passports, the reception completed the registration at that point in time. When we had an issue with our room key that it would not open one of the doors, we had to wait over 20 min to have the key reset. Most staff were rude, the resort was over crowded, the food mediocre at best, basic amenities missing (i.e map of resort, do not disturb sign….)! We were so disappointed and could not deal with the lack of service that we left a day before we were supposed to.

An absolute bargain, we paid £34 each for all inclusive. Room was great with pool/sea view, restaurant on site was great and had all you need. Pool area massive with lots of entertainment going on. Can’t fault the food we had the buffet lunch and breakfast but ate out in Budva for evening meal. Would stay again for the convenience.

Terrible stay!
A very run down and rickety hotel. Smells of cigarette smoke basically everywhere. The rooms had a strong perfume smell, to cover mold dust. We checked out a day early because all this. Will never stay at such a lousy all-inclusive hotel again.

Schöne Lage in einem Park, Nähe zum Strand und zu schönen Gaststätten. Weniger gut ist die abendliche Lautstärke im Park. Animation um 23Uhr zu Ende, aber trotzdem noch lange laut, viele betrunkene Leute, die nicht wissen, wann sie genug haben.

This all-inclusive hotel was lovely and in an awesome location on the Adriatic - both things we really appreciated. The staff was really helpful when they recognized our senior mobility needs and moved us to a more convenient room. The hotel itself is not suitable for those who have difficulty with using stairs. There are only 2 handicapped rooms and although there are elevators, stairs cannot be avoided due to the layout of the floors.

Overall, it was fine given what we paid, but it was probably the least service friendly and worst all-inclusive that I have stayed at. But again, for the price, it was fine. The mix drinks and wines were not great, some were not drinkable. Food was ok, but all buffets. Pools and beach were nice. Room was fine.

Struttura adatta a tutti, grandi e piccoli. Camere super confortevoli, diversi ristoranti dove mangiare sia a colazione che a pranzo che a cena. Tre piscine, una grande principale con musica e giochi organizzati e due per bambini e adulti. Ottime serate organizzate dallo staff e pratico accesso alla spiaggia per poter nuotare anche al mare.

Beautiful resort hotel. We were surprised to be upgraded to a family suite that had been newly renovated. Perfect for us travelling with two kids. Only complaint was real lack of water pressure in the shower, but they did respond to fix the hot water issue. Grounds and pools are safe and well maintained. Food and drinks were excellent.
