”Desk clerk was dealing with some guests that were being asked to leave for smoking in their room and he was very calm and professional. The guests were very hostile and he handled it very well. ”
”We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed. ”
”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel. At the Reservation desk, Jessica and Brooke, were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The customer service skills at this Hotel was extraordinary. Thank you so much for a great stay.
We were pleasantly surprised to see that our room had a small kitchen as well as a small sitting area with a TV. Will definitely stay here again.”
”This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. ”
