”Nice enough, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very tired, the chair in my room had a stain and what I assume was a very old cigarette burn. Ceiling was... interesting. Shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wish. Downstairs, mix and match tables and chairs for breakfast. During checkin (6pm ish on a Saturday), had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the solitary staff person to get back from whatever she was doing in the basement.”

”Had to pay a $300 deductible. I’m a mid fifties male just in town one night on business. Little ridiculous as it takes a week to get it back on my credit card”

”Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!”
