”Very nice place to stay in Cambridge. Not as close to downtown as I was hoping, but that's my fault for not reading the map. Grocery store down the street was super convenient and worked well with the mini kitchen we had. Rooms were not as quiet as they could be - neighbors one night didn't turn off the tv until after 1 am and then we woke up and they were having loud activities of pleasure so..... We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again if we come back to Cambridge.”

”This hotel had everything I needed. The little kitchenette was so useful and the breakfast in the morning was enough to keep me going. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and highly functional. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. ”

”Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property.”

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...
