”Yes it is an older motel but the place was spotless, beds were comfortable, bathroom was big with a lot of counter space! Had a microwave and mini fridge. Free wifi. And heater kept it warm!! ”

”They're in the middle of renovations, which is always awkward, but my room has afloat been done as was great! The breakfast was great except there was no drinking water offered! They were very nice about getting me some, but I've never seen a hotel breakfast without a pitcher of water available. Overall a very good stay.”

”Clean room, staff was excellent. In fact we were relying on getting a taxi to the train station. We found out that there was no tacos on Sunday, even though the taxi's website said 24/7. The staff at the front desk was to help us. They took us to the train station in their personal vehicle. ”

This was my first time staying at Rocky Gap and I was drawn there as I’d heard wonderful things about the in room dining and spa. My goal was to read some good books, order room service, spend some time in the outdoor areas, and get a pedicure. ”The room was excellent. The linens were clean and fresh. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was welcoming.”

”When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard...

”Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Our first room ac/heater not working. Made howling noise. Staff asked “can you just deal with it.” Second room tv stopped working. Third room we had Hulu and Tv updated and were told tv doesn’t have Hulu or internet connection. Very old tvs. Whole place always smelt like marijuana. ”
