”This was an unexpected trip due to a death in the family. Considering we didn't plan to travel to NYC, we were happily surprised this house was equipped with everything we needed, from new kitchen appliances like air fryer, rice cooker, and crockpot to hair dryer, garment steamer, plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The beds, sheets and pillows were hotel quality. The house was comfortable and homey. Plus it had parking! It's located in a very nice and quiet...

”If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, I received no check-in information, which immediately set the tone for a frustrating experience. When I got to the property, the front door was already open, raising serious concerns about security. Inside, the floors were dirty, the beds were unmade, and the trash from the previous guests had not been removed. There were bugs throughout the space, and the front door handle was broken, making the property feel unsafe and poorly...

”Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. ”We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”

”The stay was beautiful. We arrived at the house and searched entire place to decide who would sleep where. We didn't get our the address until the day before we arrived. When I stay at a hotel, I get my room number right away. After the first day, I notified the host of the kitchen window, it was still broken the day we left. Notified the host about the stove and it was still dirty. Other than those things it was a pleasant place to stay. I would tell my friends about it. ”
