”The HVAC is so loud. The system had an awful high pitch sound. We were unable to run it while in the room. Management said they were sold out and couldn't change rooms. But on line they still had rooms available. They did offer a refund but it was a game weekend so there wasn't much available for the same price since we booked months in advance. The weather wasn't too hot so we were lucky we could open the windows”

”The cabin is beautiful & cozy and had everything we needed. We wish we could’ve ‘stayed’ and relaxed, but it was a great landing place in the evenings as we set up our daughter in her apartment as she’ll be attending Texas A&M. The property is quiet and relaxing. The landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommend especially if you need a big table for many guests! It’s amazing how big the cabin is! Beautiful farmhouse treasures decorate this spotless cabin. Hope we can stay again!”

”Perfect place for our sister trip and some extended family visiting in the surrounding areas. Loved how clean the place was, communication was terrific with Sonia and she was quick to respond. We didn’t spend much time there, but loved our cozy evenings and slept really well on the comfy beds! I even loved hearing the occasional train not too far away! Peaceful little retreat for us each evening after our busy days out and about! Thank you for a great stay!”

”The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

”They had just moved the cabin and had sewer gas coming out of the pipes, dead bugs all over the stove and kitchen. A hole in the floor. Rude neighbors that blasted music into early morning hours. No dumpster to dispose of trash. Furniture was in poor shape and the bed was like sleeping on a bolder. There was mold on in the ceiling in the bathroom. We couldn’t come and go as we wanted without someone staring and watching us or asking what we were doing there. Absolutely horrible experience and I...

”Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here. ”
