”Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.”

”The hotel was actually beautiful and there was so many different little things there. But I wanna give it two stars because of the mattress there was like a sink hole in the mattress. If you will, it was awful. I did not sleep and of course I was catching an airplane. Definitely need to upgrade the mattresses.”

”I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. ”
