”Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.”

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”

”Hotel's beach and pool were great. Walking opportunity to a lighthouse nearby lovely. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of sand on The floor. When we mentioned about it, it was cleaned partly but not everything. ”

”Beware! This property is nothing like the pictures show. Checked in on Friday, 5/22/26. Desk person said they had just reopened after being closed for a few years. Was told there were no king beds, yet they were advertised. I asked how many people had checked in and she said I was the second person. This was the typical bait and switch experience. I asked if there was a price difference for a double and “she didn’t know”. She didn’t know the computer system as it was only her second day. She...

”Really well taken care of, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. We had such a good time that we added an extra night because we didn't want to leave.”

”It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.”

”This is a very bare bones option for people on a budget. You do need to share a bathroom with other people on your floor, but if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room, it is a great option. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. ”

”Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites.”
