Pemberton - Omakotitalo

Pemberton on historiallinen federaatiotyylinen talo, joka sijaitsee aivan Beechworthin keskustassa. Se on viihtyisä paikka, joka sopii erinomaisesti erityiseen viikonloppuun poissa rakkaasi kanssa, nautinnollisesta ja rentouttavasta lomasta tyttöjen kanssa tai vain viettäen aikaa tutustua historialliseen Beechworthiin perheesi kanssa.

Pemberton on itsenäinen kolmen makuuhuoneen talo, johon mahtuu jopa kahdeksan ihmistä. Vuodevaatteet tarjotaan. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode; kun taas toisessa huoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Keittiö / oleskelutila on avoin suunnitelma; keittiön pöydässä mahtuu helposti kahdeksan ihmistä. Olohuoneessa on tilava nahkasohva ja TV. Kylpyhuoneessamme on suihku ja spa; kylpylä mahtuu mukavasti kahdelle hengelle. Talon takana seuraa veranta, ja ulkona on näkymät paikalliselle purolle.

Pemberton sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla alueella Beechworth. Talon toisella puolella näkymäsi on puita, Spring Creekiä ja kotoperäisiä villieläimiä, kuten kookaburras. Talon toisella puolella on historiallinen näkymä vanhaan Beechworth Gaoliin.

The kitchen and bathroom had been renovated. I’m not sure about the need for a spa bath especially as the rest of the house was in need of care and repairs eg the fly screen on the front door and the door step. Also there were a few items missing in the kitchen - no matches or way to light the cook top, no grater or collinder. We enjoyed our stay and there is some need for improvement

This was a delightful cottage. It was very cosy and comfortable. We were able to stay quite warm when the weather was cool. No Wi-Fi was a minor inconvenience.

This beautiful quaint little cottage has all the amenities and such charm. It is walking distance to the main shopping centre and close to churches (Christmas). We were searching for a quiet and serene spot to spend our Christmas and we were not disappointed. Thank you

A practical stopover in a well equipped cottage, convenient to the town and attractions. If it allowed use of the fireplace, we would definitely return. Beechworth is a great winter destination, and a cosy fire in a charming cottage would just top the experience off.

Despite getting on in years, Pemberton is a lovely place to stay. The location is brilliant, being within easy walking distance of everything Beechworth has to offer. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated and are very good. It got cold overnight but we were warm in bed thanks to individual heaters and electric blankets. There is a lovely wrap around outdoor deck and good off street parking.

Nice and quiet cottage in walking distance of practically everything thing you could need in Beechworth. House was neat and tidy and property managers were very friendly and accommodating via email. Would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a lovely, charming cottage. We had a 9 year old and adults. Walking distance to shops, wish we could have stayed longer (but school holidays are only so long). The house was clean and well made up, we felt 'at home' here. Would recommend it to anyone.

If you want to stay in Beechworth and be able to walk to most things in town this is a great house to stay at ,coffee ice cream pubs bakery billsons brewery lake and most of the old town sights 5 minute walk maximum. House had most things you need and nice owners that would help with any questions

Great little cottage with everything you need for a girls weekend away. The location is amazing - a short walk to everything you want in Beechworth. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot! Would be great to have some kind of hearing in the bedroom for the cold frosty mornings. Clean and nicely furnished too Tip - if the weather is nice, sit on the back deck for a cheeky wine and enjoy the variety of birds visiting the garden
