”This house is beautiful. Newer (like brand new) construction with high quality everything. We only used the downstairs master suite, which had a fantastic bathroom and the bedroom had access to the outdoor dining area. While we didn't use the upstairs (only accesible by a spiral staircases), it has two nice bedrooms and another nice full bathroom. We only stayed one night while passing through the area, but we were able to enjoy the hiking trails at nearby Savage Gulch State Park. ”

”Beershaba Lake Retreat was just perfect for my girls weekend getaway. It had everything we needed for cooking our breakfast and dinner. The beds were very comfortable . We loved having coffee on the deck every morning and listening to the frogs sing at night. Definitely would return for another visit.”

”The Spring Street house is a wonderful place to stay in Dunlap. It is very clean and welcoming. So many thoughtful extras make you feel at home. The blueberry muffins were delicious and we appreciated the bottled water and coffee. Hope to stay here again! Many thanks to Lisa and Phillip.”

”This was the perfect tiny house for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was great proximity to The Caverns, as well as lots of hiking options. Very clean, well equipped for a small space and easy check-in and out. The bed is in the loft so make sure you are able to climb a fairly steep set of stairs. Might be tricky for some who need nightly potty breaks. Otherwise it’s a go!!!!”

”Although it rained our whole stay the tin roof was phenomenal to hear the rain and we sat in the porch and watched the creek rise it was so peaceful even had a few dogs stop by to visit would definitely stay again”
