Casa Nova is a wonderful, fresh and modern holiday home, totally independent.

Garden with sun all day.

You can park the car in front of the house.

From the house to the town center it is a 12-minute walk.



The house has 2 rooms with a double bed.

Each room has a ceiling fan.



Next to the two bedrooms you have access to a small office / study space where you can study or work.



The pool is modest in size, but can be chin-high. There are no safety measures for children, it is accessible from the terrace.



The garden is fully fenced, and dogs are allowed. An extra cleaning fee of 25 euros is charged for a dog.



Casa Nova in Begur. Refurbished in 2017. 10 minutes (3.8 km) by car from the beach, 16 minutes (1.2 km) on foot from Begur.









HOUSE RULES


Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Parties are NOT allowed.

Groups of young people are NOT accepted.

The house cannot be occupied by more people than those indicated in the reservation

Water consumption will be controlled by meter reading. In the case of consuming more water than allowed by the Drought Decree, the fine will be paid by the tenants.

In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, the deposit will not be returned and may require you to leave the accommodation immediately. In this case, the tenants will lose the amounts paid so far as well as the deposit that will act, additionally, as a compensatory amount.
