Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living/dining room with access to a large furnished terrace, bathroom with shower. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Bathroom with shower. Parking available at the main entrance for 1 or 2 cars, depending on size. The house is basic and functional, ideal for holidays. Heating available (November - April).



Within walking distance of Begur’s historic center, so you can enjoy various leisure options without needing a car, in a neighborhood where people live year-round. The main beaches are just 2 to 5 km away.



The sofa is not an extra bed and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors (music volume, noise at night, etc.). Pets are not allowed. No air conditioning.



The owner gives you space but is available whenever you need for questions or assistance during your stay. The property does not accept bookings for guests under 25 years old. Please note there may be government water regulations during your visit, such as restrictions on garden watering or tap water usage.
