The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. Although there is no oven, it includes a practical air fryer and all the essential appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals comfortably throughout your stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

The sleeping area consists of two comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and designed to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, allowing you to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on the warmest summer nights.

The house has two complete bathrooms with showers, making everyday routines easier and allowing guests to get ready comfortably before going out or after returning from the beach.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
