An elegant staircase leads down to the lower floor, where the remaining four bedrooms and the main living areas are located, with direct access to the outdoor spaces and the private swimming pool measuring 7.20 x 3.60 m.
This level features a large living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining area and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the pine trees.
