”It was an unique and romantic place to stay. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything. This is one of our favourite places so far. Bathroom was spacious and had a luxury-feel to it.
Breakfast was a bit compact, but thats understandable due to the size of the hotel.
Location was great, right next to local shops & restaurants.”

”Amazing place! Great buffet breakfast and also an option to have the breakfast on the barrel terrace. The only minus was that I was travelling with a friend and requested to have two separate blankets. There was an extra in the closet but no cover to it. When calling again to ask for the separate blanket we were broaght 4 extra sheets but still no cover to the extra blanket. (The barrels seem to be more for couples travelling but it would be nice if the hotel would accomodate for others as well...
”Quinta das Lágrimas has such an important and interesting place in Portuguese history, which we enjoyed learning about during our stay. The old house and surrounding gardens are beautiful and romantic, even in the winter. Our room was in the spa wing, and it was large and comfortable, but the “Queen” bed was actually two twins pushed together (which is common in Europe), the shower flooded easily, and the bathroom door was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. Alueen nähtävyyksiin kuuluu muun muassa Pereiron kävelytiet - Seia-joki ja Sandomilin jokiranta, jotka ovat vain pari tämän hiljaisen maaseudustaan tunnetun kohteen monista nähtävyyksistä.
