”Quaint Quarters is a beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable cottage to stay in for a getaway to Colonial Beach. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and we loved sitting out on the big front porch in the evenings. The fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom with an option to turn off the heat and just have the muticolor flames for ambiance were a nice extra touch. The fenced yard provided plenty of room for our dog to play and to rest in the cool...

”I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...

The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. ”We had the pleasure of staying here for a mini getaway. Just a couple of nights. Everything about it was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely. The view of the river and pier was amazing and the patio was actually large enough to enjoy it (see photos). Most notably for me though was that the bed and pillows were so darn comfy! Best nights sleep in a while. The condo is located right next to (and on top of) a couple of restaurants, with others being within walking...

”WOW,WOW,WOW! What a lovely home. Kathy was a super hostess. The house has everything you need and more to have a wonderful stay. The yard is fenced in and kept our small puppers safe and sound.
