”The grounds and landscaping were beautiful.The room was very comfortable and the complementary bottle of wine was a bonus.The dinner at it’s restaurant(Due West) Was greatly enjoyed.Overall, a pleasurable trip.”

”Noisy air conditioner. In bathtub, cold water is hot and hot water is cold. No tissue paper. Some broken outlets. Dusty coffee maker.”

”Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

”I like that it was very quiet and convenient to the freeway only thing I didn't like was there was no cable also it was a few strands of hair in the tub and a lot of bird poo on the patio but it's cheap and affordable”

”Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!”

”We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
