”It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included.
The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous.
I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean.

”Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Fort Gordon. It is so conveniently located to the base, and there’s a gas station right next-door. ”The room reeked of mold. The smell smacked you in the face and the air felt thick and wet, it was disgusting. The floor wasn’t clean. It was covered in crumbs and felt grimy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. You had to wear socks to be able to walk around the room. The bathroom outlet didn’t work either.”

”The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself.
