”Stayed 2 nights with no complaints room was pretty clean, the grounds were clean and service was really goo”

”Breakfast has different items to choose from. Unfortunately the eggs, sausage and other items on that selection bar are not hot. They are warm. They sit under an open lid that lets the heat out. I wish there was a microwave to heat the food.”

”I book through Expedua but I check the apps or website of the hotel I'm interested in booking. There was NO mention/notice that the pool was down. They didn't even have it posted at the front desk. I got there late at night so I was too tired to ask about the pool. It was the middle of a heatwave 100°+!! Never of booked since they said the pool had been down for 6 weeks!! DISAPPOINTING!! I deserve and expect to be refunded for the 2 nights i had to check out early!”

”My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol”

”I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.”

”The room was Clean, the staff were courteous and accommodating, and the people at the Bistro were Quick with food preparation. It was also helpful that they had a Market side, small but well furnished with Food, snacks, and Beverages open 24/7”

”Ok alue Laurelissa, motelli oli nuhjuinen mutta siisti. Ei ötököitä. Aamupalaksi muroja, leipää ja kahvia. Sänky mukava, ilmastointi ei käyttökelpoinen mutta emme sitä tarvinneet. Palvelu ystävällistä ja alueella uskalsi liikkua myös iltaisin. Hiljainen yöllä joten sai nukuttua hyvin. Lähellä Baltimore ja Ellicott City.”

”Staff was helpful and always available to help. Room was accommodating to my little family. Pool was super cold so we didn’t get to enjoy it. Other than that would stay there again.”

”Close to the freeway and easy to find. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Parking was free. Also close to a grocery store. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful to have. However, the ice machines on every floor kept breaking down, which was bad timing because we were there during an intense heat wave. The carpet in the room was dirty and even sticky in one spot. It's not a bad place to stay, but it's got flaws here and there.”

”Our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited about 15 minutes before the only employee on duty returned to the front desk to check us in. She said she had been helping fix a TV. During that time, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the entrance, and people were smoking right outside. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. The floors and carpets were unclean, the elevator sounded like it needed maintenance, and the stairwell was outdated and dirty. Our...
