”They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! ”

During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.”

”No bar. No shops nearby. Bathroom very shabby. No soap holder, tile on shower and bathroom floor rusted and cracked, carpet in room stained and looked dirty. Don't care about nearby shops--room was very shabby and dingy.”

”We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. ”

”As always, the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. Of all of our stays we've only evet had one issue. That was with the AC and it was addressed immediately. We stay typically several times a year. This is our go to when we are in town.”

”Ok alue Laurelissa, motelli oli nuhjuinen mutta siisti. Ei ötököitä. Aamupalaksi muroja, leipää ja kahvia. Sänky mukava, ilmastointi ei käyttökelpoinen mutta emme sitä tarvinneet. Palvelu ystävällistä ja alueella uskalsi liikkua myös iltaisin. Hiljainen yöllä joten sai nukuttua hyvin. Lähellä Baltimore ja Ellicott City.”
