Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was built 6 years ago. It is newer with all kinds of high end upgrades. Our kitchen if fully loaded with everything you need and things you didn't even know you needed.


You'll be right on the lake with your own private sandy beach. This home boasts 2 kitchens, a natural stone walk-in shower, a soaking tub, a tiki bar outdoors with it's own mini fridge and freezer, a gas fireplace, 3 decks, 1 fire pit, central air and heat, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, regular coffee maker and more, laundry room, full size electric outdoor BBQ grill, large outdoor umbrellas, game room with air hockey, billiards/pool and ping pong, large dock with pontoon available to rent.

Summertime.....A Michigan summer is like no other. Spend the day on the beach, on the boat, lounging on the deck, chillin' at the Tiki bar, or napping on the deck. You can go hiking, biking, shopping, visit some local taverns or restaurants and so much more.

Fall: ArtPrize downtown Grand Rapids, Visit a local orchard to pick apples, hay rides, pumpkin trains, cider and doughnuts, farmers' markets

Winter: Enjoy ice fishing, a roaring fire outdoors, hang out inside by the fireplace with a fuzzy blanket watching the snowfall. Cook a nice dinner, play games, and make memories. Downhill skiing is 5 miles from our home. Cross-country ski trails are close too.
