”I will miss this place very much.My daughter was attending Houghton University and this was such a a nice place to stay close by the college to get her and bring her home on holidays.I always got good service here and communication was excellent.The room was always clean and the bed was always comfortable.I felt like I was at home.I highly recommend this place to anyone you won't be disappointed at this Gem.”

”We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”

”Plumbing was a challenge because couldn’t wash dishes without boiling water and didn’t want to wash ourselves or brush our teeth with the smelly water. Also, the propane only lasted 2 days; was dead on 3rd day (probably because of boiling water). We enjoyed the solitude, even though the road noise is present. All in all it was a pleasant couple days as we lucked out with beautiful weather.”

”My wife and I had a amazing time. the property is very beautiful and peaceful, being in the woods with no distractions of cell phones and other people gave us the chance to clear our minds and really relax. Dave and Terry are great hosts. made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. We will be going back again. t least once a year to regenerate our souls. :}”
