”We were not told about the extensive renovations going on every day, very noisy. Service to the rooms was unreliable. Front desk staff were awesome.”

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”We were only there for a short stay but overall it was a lovely stop over! Just outside Belfast it's situated in quiet countryside. Rooms were quiet, clean and easily accessible. We checked in late, which the staff were still there and helpful. Food after 5pm was tricky to source in the area but some later pizza places were open, drivable. ”

”Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting belfast, it had everything we needed, we found the place easy (lots of buses) the instructions we received for check in was easy and straight forward we had a room with private bathroom which was nice and clean as was the room also had use of kitchen with some stuff for everyone to use including some cereals which i thought was really nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend staying here. ”

”Both getting in on arrival and the check out were difficult, the safety box by the front door was too hard to open and during the check out it was impossible... so I took my key back to my room, which had been not allowed. Also I had a key to a wrong room on arrival and no way catching anyone to help, so I did sleep one night there and next day I had planned to be back quite late, but the day was hot so I needed to get new cooler clothes and came back in the afternoon and there was a guy...

”Hotels.com:n huonekuvauksesta ei yksiselitteisesti selviä, onko jokaisessa huoneessa oma kylpyhuone. Vastaus selvisi paikan päällä: ei ole. Talossa on kaksi kylppäriä, jotka on jaettu kaikkien huoneistojen kesken. Talo itsessään on aika uusi ja siisti. Paikan päällä ei ole henkilökuntaa. Sain saapumispäivänä viestinä koodit ulko-oven avainsäilöön sekä huoneen oveen. Huone oli vähän meluisa: jotkut muut asukkaat tykkäsivät puhua käytävässä, mikä kuului huoneeseen, ja aamulla nousevien...

”Owners are responsive when contacted. Very clean and well looked after property. I value both very much as they are attributes not that easy to find in these kind of properties. 1 bathroom for potentially quite a few guests capacity. I was lucky I never forgot to lock the bathroom door or I would have had someone walking in while I was having a shower in two ocassions. (not sure if the water running is THAT quiet) ”

”Loistava sijainti. Pieni, minimalistinen siisti huone. Hyvä WI FI. Kylpyhuoneessa ei koukkuja pyyhkeille ja huoneessa vähän vaatteiden säilytystilaa. Roskat tyhjennettiin kerran viiden päivän oleskelun aikana. Mielestäni kuitenkin ihan ok budget hotelli lyhyelle vierailulle.”
