”Light bright rooms, overlooking fields with castle & sea in the distance. Plenty of parking at front of building. Sraff extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice both cold & cooked. There is an onsite cafe adjouning hotel which was ideal. They served hot & cold dishes, variety of sandwiches, cakes, puds etc. It is open 24/7 & used by passersby on A1. Very central for trips to Bamburgh, Seahouses, Lindisfarne etc. We would definitely recommend & will be making a return jorney...

”A nice clean warm room well maintained local rum and cake in the room. Excellent food served in a very friendly atmosphere even due to COVID the place was busy. Our 3rd stay here but will not be the last. ”

”5 mins down the road and you're at bamburgh castle what could be better and the bamburgh sands the kids loved it. Apartment was well equipped and had a lovely view of lindisfarne, seatees weren't very comfy could probably do with replacing, beds were OK. Bit noisy from the lift that could be heard from the single bedroom but all in all had a great week”
