”I have booked this accommodation via Expedia and on the day of checking in. I almost panicked as there is no checking counter or office. It was done via access code which O did not receive from the property.

”On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered.
The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful.
