”Uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Was uns gestört hat war das die Kinder sich einen langen Zimmercode und Gebäudecode merken mussten um wieder ins Gebäude und uns Zimmer zu kommen wenn sie mal zur Hüpfburg wollten.”

”Stressful would be the one word I would use to describe our stay here.
There was a problem somewhere, so I spent the afternoon of our arrival calling different numbers trying to get our entrance code, and in the midst of it, I stupidly paid an odd extra charge that still hasn't been cleared up with the hotel.
The entrance is tricky to find, you literally have to make the bed, there is not even toilet paper or handsoap. The beach is not as close by as they'd like you to think. You can...

”Smartsflats Louisa cancelled my reservation 24hrs before my arrival. They returned the money but of course I could not find hotel with the same price 24hrs before arrival. So, their unprofessional one-sided last minute cancellation cost me more than 300e - not to mention stress that it caused. I recommend everybody avoid this place. Unreliable!”
