”The hotel was in an amazing surroundings on the citadel hill of Namur. The chateau's garden was very beautiful, but the interior and furnishings were a little outdated. The staff was helpful but not always easy to reach.”

”Huone siis, henkilökunta mukava. Hyvä ravintola alakerrassa ja kattava, maistuva aamiainen. Huoneen suihkussa ei lattialastaa ja suihkuseinä kapea, joten vesi valuu helposti huoneeseen kun lattiassa ei ole mitään estettä vedelle.”

I Dropped off my laundry and the hotel manager noticed it and told reception that the machine in question is not for washing customers' laundry, even though laundry room's marked as hotel properties @hotels.com website. The manager decided on his own, without asking us anything, to use them their external premium laundry service, which is available to use using separate order sheet in the room that must be filled out if...

”Hyvä sijainti lentokenttään nähden, mutta huonot kulkuyhteydet Charleroin keskustaan. Lisäksi jalankulku on vaikeaa alueelle.”

”The hotel is quite old, carpet on the hallway made it stuffy, toilet/shower very small. There was not supervised placd to leave luggage. I ask about it when I left my luggage and I was assured that there us always some one supervising from the recrption. However, when I pucked my bag there was noone and I could have picked anyones luggage. The price in hotel.com was a lot higher that advertised on the hotel wall outside.”
