DESCRIPTION
The cottage comprises an entrance on the ground floor with a lounge and games area (table football).

The rest of the cottage is located on the first floor, accessible by a staircase.
A hallway leads to the first bedroom, the fully equipped open kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the two bedrooms at the far end.

Each bedroom has a TV and a private bathroom.

The two back bedrooms each have their own private toilet, and the third bedroom has its own toilet outside the bedroom.

A board game area in the living room and a guitar are available.

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the following outdoors:
- a private shaded lounge with seating for 8 on the lawn
- a private pétanque court
- a common area: a pond and deckchairs, accessible only through a gate and under the supervision of parents
