DESCRIPTION
The cottage consists of an entrance on the ground floor with a lounge and games area (table football).

The rest of the cottage is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs.

A hallway leads to a first bedroom, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the two bedrooms at the far end.

Each bedroom has a TV and an en-suite shower room.

The two bedrooms at the back each have their own private toilet, and the third bedroom has its toilet outside the bedroom.

A board game area in the living room and a guitar are available for your use.

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the following outdoor amenities:

- a private shaded lounge area with seating for 8 on the lawn
- a private pétanque court
- a shared area: a pond and sun loungers, accessible only through a gate and under parental supervision
